Maine Pottery Company

Maine Pottery Co. began as “The Potters Gallery” in 1974, later becoming Edgecomb Potters and Hand in Hand Gallery. But from the very beginning, it’s always been about love—love for the craft, and love for each other.

That passion has carried us through five decades of making: pottery, business, friendships, family, and a whole lot of learning. We’ve had our share of challenges and joy—and it’s made this place what it is.

This is a studio built by special people, and kept going by more special people. We’re honored to share what we know, to keep learning right alongside you, and to create a space where community can grow. Because honestly, you can never have too many people to say hi to.
